Victorian Dollhouse

This is our cake display at the Home Sweet Home Gingerbread House Display Exhibit sponsored by Sotheby's International Realty to benefit The Caring Community (December 16-31, 2005).  It is a 3 feet high, sugar rendition of a Victorian-style dollhouse.  All house details, furniture and accessories are made of fondant and royal icing.  A total of 30 lbs of fondant and 12 cups of royal icing was used to create this masterpiece.
